Payment terms
Ollin Arkisto is a subscription service with a monthly fee. The monthly fee is charged automatically to the stored payment card for each billing period until the user cancels the subscription; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscriptions made through the Google Play app are billed and renewed by Google Play and are managed and cancelled in the Google Play subscription settings.
Payment service provider
Online payments for the Service (online bank payments and mobile wallets) are intermediated by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Recurring card charges for the subscription are handled by Nets Oy (0107810-9) (Netaxept). The payment intermediary appears as the payee on the account or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product first.

Payment with bank buttons
Paytrail forwards the payment to the service provider. Available payment buttons of Finnish banks are Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, Säästöpankki and S-Pankki, as well as the mobile wallets Google Pay and MobilePay. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the account statement.
Card payments
You can pay with the following cards: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. Card payments are handled in the secure payment view of the payment service provider. The web store has no access to card details and card information is not stored in our system.
Withdrawal and refund terms
The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal in distance contracts under the Consumer Protection Act. If the consumer requests that the service begin immediately and withdraws from the contract within that period, the service provider may charge a reasonable amount for the service already provided. After the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, monthly fees already paid are non-refundable. The subscription can be cancelled at any time, after which access continues until the end of the paid period.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer may contact the consumer advisory services (kkv.fi) and the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
